Foosball rulebook in Hungarian?

Official ITSF foosball rules

In 2005, the ITSF commissioned a group of senior officials and referees from the federation to consolidate the several existing rulebooks into one universal document. This effort resulted in the ITSF rulebook that has been in place ever since.
The ITSF Rules Committee is pleased to present the new ITSF Table Football Rules, known as the Standard Matchplay Rules or SMR for short.
The SMR is divided into three main parts: definitions, Matchplay Rules and Penalties. The Definitions section is a list of terms used in the rulebook. The Matchplay Rules describe what players should and should not do, with brief interpretations and basic penalties. Enforcement of rules violations is covered in the Penalties section.
The Rules Committee's goal was to issue the SMR without intentional rule changes; however, there may be instances where some rules have been clarified based on previous decisions or how certain rules have historically been applied.
The current chairman of the committee is: Tom Yore President ITSF Rules Committee
