csocso.eu (Dusa Dániel e.v., 7400 Kaposvár, Vikár Béla utca 70., tax number: 68295471-1-34) processes and handles the personal data it becomes aware of in the course of the services it provides in accordance with the provisions of this information.

Personal data: data which can be associated with the data subject, in particular the name, the identification mark and one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of the data subject, and the inference which can be drawn from the data concerning the data subject.

1. Principles of data management: in the area of data protection, the Service Provider, as data controller and data processor, shall act in compliance with the requirements set out in Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information, ensuring that
the conditions for the secure storage of data, to ensure that personal data are not disclosed to unauthorised third parties,
that the personal data recorded may be modified, unless otherwise provided by law, only on the basis of an explicit request by the data subject and only for the purposes of the performance of the contract or the service to which it relates, in the manner and to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract or the service to which it relates.

2. Purpose of data processing: the Service Provider, as data controller, may process personal data necessary and sufficient to identify the Subscriber only for the following purposes:
the performance of the service specified in the contract;
creating the contract, defining its content, amending it, performing it and monitoring its performance;
invoicing of the consideration specified in the contract, enforcement of other claims arising from the contract.

Customer's natural person identification data - customer's name, date and place of birth, mother's name and address, as well as identification document (in case of a legal entity, its name, registered office, tax number, company registration number (other registration number)); data on the date, duration and place of use of the service. The data processed for these purposes will be erased if the contract is not concluded, the contract will be terminated, as well as after invoicing.

In addition to the above, the scope of data processing includes all data that are technically necessary for the provision of the service.

The following data will be processed in accordance with the above:

Any data that is included in the Contract or that becomes necessary for the performance of the Contract.

Other things being equal, the means used to provide the information society service will be chosen and in any case operated in such a way that personal data are processed only insofar as absolutely necessary for the provision of the service and for the fulfilment of other purposes laid down in the applicable legislation, but only to the extent and for the duration necessary.

Data relating to the use of services for any purpose other than those set out above, in particular to increase the efficiency of the service, to deliver electronic advertising or other targeted content to the recipient, for market research purposes, will be included in the scope of data processing only if the purpose of the processing is specified in advance and with the consent of the recipient, provided that the recipient of the services is always guaranteed, both before the start of the use of the service and during the use of the service, to prohibit the processing of data for this purpose. The primary rule for the processing of these data is that they cannot be linked to the identification data of the service user and that they cannot be disclosed to third parties without the consent of the service user. Data processed for such purposes will be deleted when the purpose of the processing ceases to exist or when the data subject so requests.

The Customer has the right to request at any time, either before or during the use of the service, information on the types of data processed for which purposes, including the processing of data that cannot be directly linked to the customer. 

By signing the contract, the customer expressly and irrevocably consents to the processing of personal data as defined in this information notice, in particular to their recording, organisation, storage, interconnection, analysis, and to their transfer to the persons specified below for processing or further processing.

csocso.eu is entitled to transfer the subscriber data that can be lawfully processed and that are necessary for the purpose of data processing, as follows:
to bodies and persons entitled by law to settle billing and distribution disputes; to the competent authority for the purposes of national security, defence and public security, the prosecution of public offences and the unauthorised or unlawful use of the electronic communications system, or to enforce a claim or demand under any other provision of law.

By entering into the contract, the Customer acknowledges and expressly and irrevocably agrees that if the Customer fails to fulfil its obligations or is late in fulfilling them, csocso.eu shall transfer the data necessary for the enforcement of its claims to third parties acting in the course of the enforcement of claims, and shall transfer all its claims, rights and claims against the Customer to third parties without prior notice to the Customer.

Duration of processing: the Service Provider shall delete the processed personal data without undue delay if the processing was not carried out for the purposes set out above or if the purpose of the processing has ceased.

The Service Provider shall store all documents related to the Subscriber and/or the data content of such documents recorded in a computer system, which document the occurrence of an economic event and thus qualify as accounting documents, for the period of retention specified in the applicable tax and accounting rules. Such documents include in particular: contracts, amendments thereto, invoices based on them, payment slips, proofs and documents of controls and interventions.
Other documents and/or the data content of these documents recorded in a computer system shall be stored by the Service Provider in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation.

csocso.eu shall treat the data it has obtained in accordance with the applicable legal provisions as confidential, shall not disclose them to third parties beyond the scope of the transmission as defined above, and shall not make them available to third parties as long as the customer fully complies with its obligations under the contract. By signing the contract, the Customer unconditionally agrees that csocso.eu may disclose the data to third parties, who are also bound by confidentiality, for the purpose of subscriber identification and/or the enforcement of claims, if the Customer does not fulfil its obligations.

The customer is entitled to
request information about the processing of your data and access to your data;
the correction of your data; and
request the erasure or blocking of your personal data, except for mandatory processing.

At the customer's request, csocso.eu will provide the customer with access to his/her personal and billing data.

If the customer considers that he/she has suffered a violation of rights during the processing of his/her personal data, he/she may request information from csocso.eu about the processing of his/her personal data and may request the rectification or - with the exception of processing required by law - the erasure of his/her personal data. If this information is not considered satisfactory, the Subscriber may refer the matter to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

The Authority's investigation does not constitute an administrative procedure.

In the event of a violation of the Subscriber's rights, the Subscriber may take legal action against the Service Provider.

The Subscriber may request information on the processing of his/her personal data, as well as the rectification or - except for data processing required by law - the erasure of his/her personal data, in the manner indicated when the data was collected or at the contact details of the data controller:
