Depending on whether you set the exercise to striker (0-15mp), midfielder (0-10mp) or both, the program will tell you when to do the set sequence of movements. It randomly selects the attacking time, so it's perfect practice for when you see a sudden gap opening in your opponent's defence in a competitive situation, so you can attack it. The 5 second scale at the top of the page is used to set the amount of time you need between moves (e.g. if you shoot a forward line you need 3 seconds to take the ball out and put it back in the forward line, the program takes this into account and then gives you a new task). Once you have set the right practice tasks, all you have to do is click play at the bottom to start the practice.
